Mike Farrell
Michael Farrell started working in mortgage lending in 1998 after coming home from a 4-year mission experience in Ecuador, South America with the Salesians of Don Bosco. He worked 2 years with a national mortgage lender as a loan officer and then was promoted into management for a 5-year tenure. In 2006, he founded Grandview Home Loans, which was rebranded to Grandview Lending in 2009. Grandview Lending has helped over a thousand clients obtain new homes or lower their monthly costs of their current homes.
Michael is a graduate of Indiana University and got his master’s degree at St. Meinrad Seminary. With a background in ministry, his passion is to help people. He has been able to keep his missionary spirit by helping people acquire one of their biggest assets: their home. Michael is married to his wife, who he met in Ecuador. They currently have 7 children ranging in ages from 14 years old to 1 year old.
